How do I join a challenge?
- If you don't already have a ThinkOnward account, you can create a free one here by filling out your first name, last name, email and creating a unique password.
- You'll immediately receive an email to verify your account.
Tip: Didn't receive an email? Check your spam or promotions folder to see if the email went there.
- Browse active challenges to see the competition overview, data, evaluation criteria, examples, rules, prize payout and more.
- Ensure you're logged in to your profile and press join.
- If you want to create a team, follow these steps here.
How can I ask questions about a challenge?
The Challenges team will hold open office hours a couple of times throughout the competition where you can ask questions. If you miss the session or have additional support needs, contact us anytime by clicking on the Support link on the left nav.
When do you launch new challenges?
The Challenges team is constantly evaluating new challenges. You can anticipate quarterly launches which we will announce to the community via email. Follow ThinkOnward on LinkedIn for regular updates on all products and details on how to get involved.
