How to fix Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) issues with your ThinkOnward account.
Do you already have an account?
If yes, you must reset your password to set up and use MFA. You must also use MFA each time you login to your account.
If no, you must set up MFA when you create an account and use MFA each time you log in.

Did you get a new phone or new phone number?
Contact Us to open a support ticket to reset your MFA.
Didn't receive a one time verification code?
Contact Us to open a support ticket to reset your MFA.
Are you getting an 'incorrect code' error?
Contact Us to open a support ticket to reset your MFA
You will receive an email from noreply@thinkonward.com (check your spam folder)
Click 'Enroll in Multifactor Authentication'
On the next screen, click 'Continue'
