All ThinkOnward accounts must have MFA enabled, so we will walk you through the why and how.
What is MFA?
MFA stands for Multi Factor Authentication. It is an additional verification step that makes a sign-in experience more secure.
You will still use a password but additionally, you will enter a one time, single use code. This is usually done via a mobile phone app, but there are options to do this on your computer.
When do I use it?
All new and existing users must use MFA every time you login.
You must also use the same app each time, so don't delete the app.
New user?
You will set up MFA when you create an account.
Already have an account?
If you already have an account, you must now reset your password and set up MFA before you can login. This replaces the previous email authentication.
